Bailey's Cafe, located on the corner of Phila and Putnam Streets in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, is a unique addition to the Saratoga Scene. In a recently restored, century old building, the Cafe captures the elegance of "Old Saratoga". Over the years this landmark was home to local markets, luncheonettes and dance halls. The renovation celebrates the buildings colorful history by restoring original tin ceilings, stained glass, floor to ceiling windows, tiffany lamps and tiled floors. The hand built mahogany bar and antique carousel horse are in keeping with its turn of the century motif.
